By accessing or using AI Golf Coach, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU where applicable), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. Users outside Canada are responsible for ensuring their use of the App complies with the laws of their local jurisdiction.
AI Golf Coach provides a mobile golf coaching application featuring:
All coaching content is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute certified professional instruction, medical advice, or a substitute for in-person coaching from a qualified PGA professional. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, notify us of any unauthorised account use, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The free tier currently includes: 25 premium lessons, 600+ drills, 200+ fitness exercises, live scoring games (Wolf, Skins, Matchplay), ball flight visualisation for launch monitor sessions, full round scorecard and stats tracking, GPS round tracker, full shot logging, Ace Studio swing analysis (up to 14 sessions per month), tournament preparation tools, mental game features, The Clubhouse social community, and 14 AI coaching sessions per month. No credit card is required.
Free tier features and limits — including which game modes are included — may change with reasonable advance notice as the app develops. We will notify users of material changes before they take effect.
Premium subscription (launching in a future update) will provide access to all 200 elite lessons, 50 AI coaching sessions per day, all premium avatars, animated avatar, early access to new features, and priority support. Features marked as “coming soon” are not guaranteed and may change without entitlement to compensation.
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s payment terms and refund policies. Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google’s payment terms and refund policies. We do not process payments directly. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to their respective platforms.
Ace provides educational golf content generated by artificial intelligence. You agree that:
Always warm up properly before practising and stop if you experience pain or discomfort. AI Golf Coach is not liable for physical injury arising from use of the coaching or fitness features.
AI Golf Coach provides live scoring for recreational golf games. You acknowledge that:
Tournament preparation content is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any golf governing body, tour, association, or tournament organiser. It does not guarantee any competitive outcome or imply any official certification.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, host, display, reproduce, and process your content solely to provide the App’s services to you and, for content posted in The Clubhouse, to other users of the App.
You represent and warrant that:
We reserve the right to remove content that we believe in good faith infringes third-party rights, without notice and without liability to you.
If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, contact us at aigolfcoach@proton.me with: a description of the copyrighted work, where the infringing content appears, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised. We investigate all good-faith reports and may remove content and terminate repeat infringer accounts.
All posts in The Clubhouse are visible to all registered users. When using social features, you agree to:
Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse will result in immediate and permanent account termination. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these standards.
The GPS round tracking feature requires location permissions. Location tracking only occurs during an active round you have started, can be disabled at any time in device settings, and is used solely for round tracking and replay. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in GPS-derived distances or positions.
The App and its content — including the 200-lesson curriculum, drill systems, AI coaching system, Ace persona, interface design, graphics, and text — are owned by AI Golf Coach and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any content from the App without our express written permission.
You agree not to use the App to violate any law, upload infringing content, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, transmit malware, scrape or data-mine the App, use automated tools to interact with the App, circumvent security features, or resell or commercially exploit the App’s content or services.
The App integrates with Anthropic (AI), Supabase (database), Cloudflare (storage), Expo (analytics), Apple (Sign In and payments), and Google (Sign In and payments). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, ACCURACY OF AI COACHING CONTENT, ACCURACY OF GPS OR LAUNCH MONITOR DATA, AND ACCURACY OF LIVE GAME SCORING.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AI GOLF COACH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING PHYSICAL INJURY, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DISPUTES ARISING FROM GAME RESULTS. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Where local consumer protection law prohibits this limitation, it applies to the fullest extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Golf Coach and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your User Content, any copyright infringement claim relating to content you uploaded, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, repeated copyright infringement, or fraudulent or illegal activity. You may delete your account at any time through app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba, Canada, after first attempting good-faith negotiation.
EU and UK users: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence, including any right to bring a claim before your local courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
